PLA Material Types

PLA: Polylactic acid (PLA) is an organic material based on corn starch. It allows easy production at a low cost. It is less resistant to temperature than ABS and it is recommended to be used in low-budget prototype production, hobby, and design products with simple geometry.

PLA Premium: Premium PLA filaments have high surface quality, high layer adhesion, and similar mechanical and thermal properties compared to standard filaments.

PLA Tough: PLA Tough filament is a strong PLA filament type designed with easy suppression properties against shrinkage and warping problems experienced in ABS material.
